Dr. Barros is a native of San Antonio, TX. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences. Hook em’ Horns!  He received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2013.  He completed his pediatric residency at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania and then completed one year of additional work within the Department of Pediatric Development and Rehabilitation.  Areas of special interest include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mental health.  He enjoys soccer, tennis, golf, music, and traveling. He and his wife Brittany reside in The Woodlands. She is also a physician in the Woodlands area. They have a daughter named Penelope and a Bernese Mountain Dog named June.
